B1256 - Beautiful Long Antique French Lacework & Embroidered Roses Cotton Tablecloth

This is a beautiful long antique French tablecloth dating from the early 1900's. It would be perfect whether set for afternoon tea or a grand dinner.

The tablecloth is made in ivory cotton. It is absolutely covered in intricate embroidery and cut out and drawn thread lace detail.

The central panel is embroidered with roses and flowers in a swag and tendril design with intricate cut out work. The embroidery is worked in a soft grey which looks divine against the ivory.

The cloth is as we found it - very crisp and clean and in excellent antique condition.

The tablecloth measures :- 246 cm (8 ft 1 inch ) long x 160 cm (5 ft 3.5 inches) wide. We have photographed it on a 2 metre long French farmhouse table.
