B1202 - Divine Antique French Textile Covered Boudoir Box With 4 Drawers, Circa 1930

This is a divine antique French textile covered boudoir box dating from about 1930. It would be perfect to hold little accessories and jewellery in a boudoir or reels of cotton, needles, pins etc. in a sewing room.

It is covered in a delightful fresh cotton fabric textile with a white background on which there are  turquoise coloured grasses and a scattering of red and yellow flowers. The colour combination is divine.

The box has four drawers each with a little chrome loop pull. The drawers are lined with paper.

The box is in good vintage condition. It is sturdy and the textile is clean. The interiors of  the drawers are also clean with just one biro mark in the top drawer.

It measures :- 25.5 cm (10 inches) wide x 20.5 cm (8 inches) deep x 15 cm (6 inches) high.
