B2181 - Beautiful Antique Italian Painted Toleware Flower & Leaf Candle Wall Sconce

This is the most beautiful antique Italian painted toleware candle wall sconce dating about 1920. It is exquisitely pretty. Imagine how atmospheric it would look lit with a candle in a special niche.

The sconce has a single arm around which flowers and leaves are entwined. 

The flowers are painted in sublime vibrant shades of yellow, red, blue and green which look superb against the cream background. The paint has a fabulous antique patina.

There is a loop at the top of the sconce for hanging on a wall.

The sconce measures :- 28 cm (11 inches) high x 16 cm (6.2 inches) wide x 19 cm (7.4 inches) deep.
